Having lived overseas for 26 years, I moved back to the United States and made my home in Bloomington. I was looking to find a job that would be rewarding and at the same time would utilize my extensive retail sales experience. I took a job on the Sales Team of a well known automotive Dealership (having absolutely no knowledge of car sales) and within the first year became the top seller. Within 2 more years I received awards from the manufacturer for reaching “Gold Level Sales”.

I soon realized that what I loved about the car business was not just the excitement of selling cars; It was the time spent with customers, listening to their stories. Whether I was assisting couples in purchasing their first family car or helping students get approved for first time financing/leasing, my priority was always customer satisfaction. After all, buying a car is the second largest purchase most people will ever make.

By listening to their needs and concerns, I was able to help my customers through an often stressful and emotional process. I found myself empathizing with them as they expressed feeling overwhelmed and confused about the lack of transparency in the car buying process.

That is why I left my job selling cars at a dealership and
started Gold Seller Car Concierge!
